The Habersham Chamber of Commerce Professional Women’s group SOAR donated diaper bags filled with baby products to our Teen Parent Support Group, which meets twice a month at the Mountain Education Charter High School. The support group is a partnership between MECHS, the Family Resource Center of NE GA and Habersham Family Connection to meet the needs of Habersham County teen parents.
