Habersham County Family Connection staff and Governing Board members met on June 14 to complete a Logic Model training facilitated by Toni Brown, Region 2 Manager of Georgia Family Connection Partnership. The training helped us focus on strategies that will fulfill our FY24 annual plan, but more importantly, encouraged us to expand those efforts into intermediate and long-term goals that will have a greater impact on the community.
We identified our current strengths and resources, as well as potential challenges that affect our success in reaching those goals. One thing we know for sure….our hope of having a greater impact on the health of our community is dependent upon partner engagement. We are thankful for the community partners we currently have and we hope to add many new ones. We look forward to sharing our goals and working together!
