We held our annual Coat Giveaway on Dec. 11th at the First Baptist Church of Cornelia as part of the Cornelia Kiwawnis Club’s Toys for Kids event. About 226 families participated and we were able to provide over 900 coats, jackets and hoodies which were donated to us by Circle of Hope, the school system, churches and individuals in the community, We appreciated the donations, space and tables provided by the First Baptist Church of Cornelia and volunteers from the Habersham 4-H program, NDO, Open Door Ministries, North GA Technical College, the Family Resource Center, our Board Members and other community individuals. Thank you Cornelia Kiwanis Club for letting Family Connection partner with you for another year!
