August Collaborative Meeting

Join us for our first collaborative meeting of FY24 on August 8, 12pm at the Farm Bureau in Mt. Airy. Lunch will be provided. Our guest speaker will be Danielle Avelar, the Adult DW Program Supervisor. We will also discuss the Family Connection Vitality Survey. Please park in the back of the building and enter the basement door.
